All members, from Drengr up, are invited to recruit whenever possible. Those members that are beneath the rank of Hersir ((See ranking thread)) must consult either their Hersir, or a
member of the Konungr if they bring a person or persons back to be recruited. The Hersir or Konungr will then decide if the recruit is worthy of joining our ranks.
When recruiting, remember to answer questions to the best of your ability; while keeping the public image of the Edict in mind.
If the recruit(s) ask a question to which you have no answer, discuss it with the overseeing officer once you bring them to the hall.
